My name is Adam, and my journey to creating Aiming High Solutions is deeply personal.
I come from a hardworking family where financial struggles were a constant reality. My parents raised me and my three siblings with strong values—faith, resilience, and the belief that hard work and smart decisions create opportunity. Watching them navigate financial hardship shaped my perspective on money and business.
But it wasn’t until I became a father that my perspective truly changed.
The moment my son was born, everything became clearer. I wasn’t just working for myself anymore—I was working for his future. I wanted to build something that gave small businesses the financial clarity they need to thrive, because when small businesses succeed, families succeed, and communities grow stronger.
With nearly 20 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, quality control work, and operations, I’ve always been drawn to structure and problem-solving. But my real passion has always been numbers and financial systems—which led me to become a certified bookkeeper.
